Please use the “Special Requests” box below to detail what you’d like modified from the original picture as shown. You may submit sketches of your own design too. Your own design can be entirely different from the product in the photo if you wish. Fully Customizable option comes with one revision (photos of current sculpture are emailed to you for approval) for your last minute modifications..
